SAIPAN-BORN Steven Camacho Borja recently won, with his partner, 1st prize in an over-60 pickleball tournament in Lititz, Pennsylvania over the weekend. The two men on the left finished second. A total of six teams played in the tournament, according to Steven. A Pennsylvania state police retiree, Steven plays pickleball almost every day. He is the youngest among siblings Lupe, Jesse and the late Vicky. They are the children of the late Antonia and Ricardo Borja.
