• Introduction I – for young children 3-5 years of age with their mothers or other caregivers; this will be a morning class starting at 8:30 AM.
• Introduction II – for children 3-5 years of age who are comfortable in the water and ready to learn basic stroke skills; children of this age must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver; this will be an afternoon class starting at 3 PM.• Beginner’s – for children who are at least 5 years of age and comfortable in the water; children will learn the fundamentals of freestyle and back stroke.• Advanced beginners for children who have mastered the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke but need to improve their stroke skills and stamina.• Intermediates – focus on breaststroke and butterfly.Please contact the Palau National Swimming Pool between the hours of 3-7 PM to register interest in this camp series. Children may come to the pool between 3 and 7 PM to be tested for correct placement.PSA also announces that Frieda Loftis, a well-known local sportswoman and aerobics instructor will begin to offer water aerobics at the pool between 6-7 AM two mornings a week.
