Hoopaholics’ James Villacrusis knocked off two free throws and Jojo Ulloa made a basket behind the three-point line, but it was all over.
PTC – now at four straight wins – remained unbeaten.
The Hoopaholics rallied for a 13-7 lead in the first quarter, landing two extra shots from Dave Sablan and another from Ulloa.
PTC recovered in the second quarter and tied the game, 25-25 with 13 points from Melvin Capalad.
Sablan led the Hoops’ main offensive with a game-high 22 points. James Villacrusis added 10, Ulloa scored seven, and Mel Manibusan tallied six.
Tamayo launched his third three-pointer in the fourth quarter’s final minutes. Sablan and Capalad’s baskets tied both teams again at 51-51.
Tamayo bagged 14 overall, Capalad earned 17, and Reyes totaled eight.
