As part of RGA’s rules, a ‘Family Fun Day’ is scheduled every first weekend of December.
In addition, the Club Championship now features its 12 monthly aces to compete for the ‘Annual Plasido M. Tagabuel Club Ace of Aces Championship’ trophy and ‘Annual Sid K. Peter Low Net Champion’ and ‘Tony Taitano Most RGA Rounds Played In 2010’ awards. The two-day Club Championship is scheduled for Dec. 18 and 19 at Lao Lao Bay Golf Resort.
Games will be played at the Lao Lao eastern scenic view of the Island East Course on Saturday, and tee off is at 12 p.m. On Sunday, tee off time is 9 a.m. at the West Course followed by a banquet at Lao Lao Bay’s Caladium Restaurant.
The tournament will feature RGA Club Ace of Aces defending champ Tars Olopai, who took last year’s ‘Annual Placido M. Tagabuel’ and ‘Tony Taitano Most Perfect Rounds’ awards.
This year’s monthly aces include Jun “Young Gun”Yi Paio (January), Joe “The Enforcer” Saures (February), Nick “Nasty” Leon Guerrero (March), Carl “Under dog” Hocog (April), Xian Lai “Champion” Cue (May), Jesse “Blaster” Seman (June), Tars “Buster” Olopai (July), Jess “ Unorthodox” Wabol (August), Ray Tigilau (September), Tony Satur (October), Bae Yong Man (November), and Jordon Kosam (December).
