Runnin’ Rebels stomp on Hi-Five, 72-33

Kiyoshi and Ichihara took turns in hitting shots to outscore Hi-Five’s trigger man, Ezra Caro who controlled his team’s offense in the first period.

Dino Palacios scored eight of his 14 points to help Runnin’ Rebels widen the gap towards the end of the first half when Kiyoshi and Ichihara also basketed their two free throws.

Kiyoshi scored 10 more points in the second half as Runnin’ Rebels maintained their defense to nail Hi-Five in 33 points.

Kiyoshi tallied 26 points while Ichihara scored 16 points.

Caro scored nine points for Hi-Five and Devin Atalig added eight points.

670 Rollers 90, Rollers 35

John Maratita bombarded Rollers with four straight two-pointers early in the game, while Jimmy Brel and John Laniyo finished their opponents’ off handing the Six-seven O’s 90-35 victory.

Kroy Ogo scored half of his 12 points, Jomar Danas and Jesters Kaipat added four points each to give 670 a 14-point lead towards the half break.

Brel and Maratita continued the surge in the second half and stretch the lead to insurmountable 90-35.

Richard Wang scored 15 points for the Rollers.
