(MVA) — Saipan Marathon returns to the Marianas on March 8, 2025, with full marathon, half marathon, and 10K courses. Race organizer the Marianas Visitors Authority anticipates to launch online registration on Aug. 1, 2024, on www.raceroster.com/.
Saipan Marathon is a certified measured course by World Athletics in cooperation with the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races.
“Continuing to build on the momentum of our great race, we’re pleased to announce registration for Saipan Marathon will begin earlier than ever,” said MVA Managing Director Christopher A. Concepcion “Last year we had a strong turnout with over 500 registrants from nine countries around the world. This year we’re aiming for more, especially with such an early lead time to prepare to come to our beautiful Marianas and beautiful Saipan for the event.”
The annual signature event of MVA was first held in April 2006. Prior to that, MVA had inaugurated the Saipan Half Marathon in 1982, adding a 10K Fun Run in 1987. A one-time 5K Fun Run was held in March 2020.
