Schroeder scores hat trick to lift Independent FC past KFAS

The Korean Football Association of Saipan, during the rest of the first half managed to protect the lead that Kim Sung In and Ham Chi Bo put up 12 minutes apart, too early in the game.

But, the game wasn’t over yet.

With the first half ending 2-0 in favor of KFAS, the Independent FC needed to call the second half their own.

Jason Schroeder begun the surge in the fifth minute of the second half, then tied the game four minutes later before firing the tie-breaking goal for a hat trick putting Independent FC to the upper ground.

Jari Voutilamen whose defensive mood earned him referee’s warning in the 37th minute of the first half, stretched the lead with just a minute left to the ball game.

Then, the Independent FC defenders held their ground leaving KFAS scoreless towards the final whistle for a 4-2 victory.

Inter-Godfather’s 4, Matansa 0

The Inter-Godfather’s refused to relinquish their lead as they routed Matansa during the final game, 4-0.

Jake Hess tackled an attacker in the midfield and went ahead for a break away to mark the early advantage in the seventh minute of the first half.

In the next chance that Inter-Godfather’s controlled the game, Hess beat Matansa defenders all the way to the six-yard line and gave Bruce Berline a crossing pass for a left kick goal in the 26th minute of the first half.

Sanjay Dangol goaled his free kick in the 14th minute of the second half, and in the 16th minute, Berline was going for a kill when Matansa goalie, Zan Moe blocked it, but Berline pressured him off the way. Moe dropped the ball, which was what Hess was waiting for then, got it with his left foot kick.

Korea Junior 2, MP United 1

After helping Korea Junior hold MP United in a scoreless draw in the first half, Ko Brian unleashed his rage in the 27th minute of the second half firing their first goal.

Jeon Dae Min was quick to tie the game just two minutes later then, battled in the next 20 minutes before failing to stop Brian who got cross pass from a team mate for the winning goal in the last minute of the game.
