Mr. Seto drew to a close his tough and rough swim as he treads the ocean water by means of his might to garner first place in the 4.8 km male division with a time of 1 hour 23 minutes and 25 seconds.Following his lead is young 13 year old Liam Bornovski who managed to finish the swimming event through a time of 1:33:40 to take second place, while being pursued by Kenji Hase who swam for 1:43:29 to settle for third spot.
As for the female class, Ms. Yamada went to beat her challengers of the extensive 4.8 KM after crossing the cone markers at the beach at a time of 1 hour 33 minutes and 57 seconds, while Kimie Ayukawa who had to settle for second crossed the finish line with 2:05:00. Coming in on third was 61 year old Yoshika Fukuda who managed to end the similar route with 2:16:46
Other outstanding finishers of the open ocean swim base from different categories were; 500M, Female Division, #1 Keesha Keane (11:26), #2 Ayana Rengiil (12:18), #3 Jada Rabauliman (14:14); Male Division, #1 Youri Ito (11:28), #2 Olai Kumangai (12:43), #3 Joynal Joynal (14:06); 1000M, Female Division, Osisang Chilton, Maria Gibbons, and Antja Flowers got first place with identical time of 20:43, #2 UB Misech (21:20); Male Division, # 1 Jam “Ketengel” Domingo (21:41), #2 Kaito Fuji (21:59), #3 Takashima Masayuki (27:32); 1.6KM, Female Division, #1 Mika Takashima (34:20), #2 Jyunko Miura (34:40), #3 Sasha Foster (38:38); Male Division, #1 Kazuya Fujita (35:03), #2 Scott Walsh (36:11), #3 Kazumi Mineo (37:11), 3.2KM, Female Division, #1 Michiyo Yoshizuka (1:15:06), #2 Emi Nozawa (1:18:46), #3 Kiyomi Masuda (1:25:46), Male Division, #1 Juan Guatno (1:20:10), #2 Andy Brown (1:26:42).
