In the girls category, Saipan International School was the only team that qualified as Marianas High School, Agape Christian School and Mount Carmel School did not meet the requirements for the team event.
But this did not stop the SIS girls from giving it their all.

Tiana Cabrera was still the fastest on the course as she crossed the finish line with a time of 00:22’45.
Schoolmate Jinnie Thompson followed with a time of 00:30’54 while Pyper Liske-Clark was third at 00:32’48.
Mount Carmel School’s Penelope Sablan and Amaya Reyes were fourth and sixth while SIS student Rachel Shin and Francine Camacho completed the race at 00:36’16 and 00:37’01 to seal the deal for their school.
Boys category
The boys of Saipan International School, for their part, bested Marianas High School.
MHS student Josh Joson led the competition finishing first at 00:20’15, but SIS answered back in packs starting with Rex Pixley in second place with a time of 00:21’30; Sam Culp, third, 00:22’13; Jimin Woo, fourth, 00:22’44; and Jayden Shim, fifth, 00:22’49 to snatch the top spot for SIS.
Another SIS runner, Jesus Sablan, followed behind in seventh place at 00:24’40 to add the finishing touch.
MHS runners Sildrey Veloria (00:24’17), Dylan Mister (00:25’01), Daniell Pablo (00:25’54), Sam Tengco (00:31’15), and Kevin Batino (00:35’26) came in sixth, eighth, ninth, 11th and 12th places.
Mount Carmel School runner Robin Alvarez, the lone Knight in the competition, finished 10th with a time of 00:29’56.
