Tony Rogolifoi, league coordinator, said their meeting will tackle plans, schedules, and the number of teams to be included in the games.
Team coaches and managers are invited to attend the meeting and bring documents of their players to show proof of age eligibility, and provide copies of health insurance card, or insurance policy of players.
SML will pass out waiver forms and eligibility forms.
There will be $800 entrance fee to play in the league.
Fees should be made payable to SML.

Budweiser King & Queen of the Diamonds
The Budweiser King & Queen of the Diamonds Softball Tournament is still accepting team applications.
There should be a maximum of 15 players for each team.
There will be a $150 registration fee.
Deadline for payment of fee is on September 11, Thursday.
The tournament is set on September 13 and 14 on Capital Hill Softball Field.
Teams that participated in the first and second leg of the tournament must participate in the third leg in order to qualify for the final championships.

RGA announces September qualifier
The Refaluwash Golf Association would like to announce that its September qualifier round will be held on August 31, Sunday, at King Fisher.
Space is reserved for 16-packs.
Check-in time is 11 a.m., and tee time is 12 noon.
There is a $30 green fee, and a $30 for the RGA tournament.
RGA is reminding its monthly winners to meet at least six RGA-sanctioned tournament to qualify for the finals.

“Saptember Youth Volleyball Tournament”
The Community Guidance Center of the Department of Public Health would like to announce its youth volleyball games called, “Saptember Youth Volleyball Tournament”.
The games will be from September 20-21, 2008 at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym.
There will be four divisions: Boys 18-under, Girls 18-under, Boys 14-under, and Girls 14-under.
There will be six teams maximum per division.
Deadline for registration will be on September 12.
