Turning in of player registration forms, medical release form, copies of accident insurance policy or card, birth certificate, and volunteer forms in the earliest possible time will allow for ample time for the board of directors to prepare the game schedules head of the opening date of Feb. 21.
Player’s without insurance can purchase accident insurance coverage for $35 at AON Insurance.
Each individual player will be screen to ensure they meet the age and residency requirements.
For safety and emergency purposes, parents are advised to indicate on the medical release form if the child has some kind of allergy, medical problems, including those that require maintenance medication.
Game schedules for all four divisions will be prepared and disseminated to all teams starting on February 1.

Coffee trail on Saturday
THE 3rd Annual Marianas Coffee Trail Run that will be held on Jan. 23 will symbolically give out half pound of coffee bag each aside from medals and other awards.
The race will start at 6:30 a.m., and the show time will be at 5:30 a.m.
The 10-miles course starts and finishes at the American Memorial Park. A banquet later that day will be held at the Micro Beach Pavilion.
The entry fee for this signature race is $30.00. Runners can register at the MVA office before Jan. 15 and avoid the $10.00 late fee, or register the day of the race for a total fee of $40.00
