The 13-handicapper topped a pool of eight golfers, pushing Dwaine Stephens (net 72) to second place.
Also competing with their net in parenthesis were: Carl Hocog (74), Tony Satur (74), Jesse Seman (76), Ned Norita (83), Tony Rogolifoi (84), and Tom Tebuteb (84).
Tigilau shot a 43 on the front nine and completed the back with 39 for an 82 gross. Stephens – also with a 13 handicap – followed suit with an 85 gross.
Closest to the pin on Hole No. 6 and No. 12 were Tigilau and Satur, respectively.
The RGA thanks its members who supported Mount Carmel School on Saturday. Their membership drive continues at an annual fee of $25 per player.
