TRUE North Power G Mafia 2 is still the team to beat in the Inter-Government Division of the SEDA Bud Light Dart League with a total of 129 wins following their victory over the 6JMS DPS Enforcer, 12-3, Friday at the True North Bar.
The Mafia found their rhythm early with Jayson John, Dexter “NO FLEX” Rabauliman and Joker Camacho notching a 3-1 run in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out game. The Mafia then swept the following Partners Crazy Cricket and Partners 501 games to extend their lead, 7-1.
The Enforcer could only stop the bleeding for a brief moment by claiming one round of the Singles Regular Cricket, but they were trounced once again in the Partners Half-It game. They then claimed the final Team 1101 game before accepting defeat at the hands of the Mafia, 3-12.
True North Got UR 6ix is still number 2 in the team standings after slipping past Rendezvous Bluetality, 8-7.
Got UR 6ix pulled a 3-1 run in the opening game followed by a two-win sweep in the Partners Crazy Cricket game for 5-1 lead. Bluetality played catch up, but Got UR 6ix stepped up in the final Team 1101 game to secure victory.
Joining the winner’s circle were True North DLNR No Fear which defeated 6JMS Only Fanz, 11-4; Rendezvous DOC High Risk which outplayed High Risk 1, 9-6; and Bistro SIA Who Darted which brought down the 9 Eleven Marpac’ers Eagle, 9-6.
