SOPHIA Eun ae Jang clinched the top spot of the CNMI Women’s Golf Association November tournament on Saturday at Coral Ocean Resort.
Jang played fairly well on the front nine and was among the top three with a gross score of 44. She managed to maintain her swing on the back nine despite committing a few errors for a gross score of 47 and a gross total of 91. Her 21 handicap gave her a net score of 70 and this month’s title.
In second place was Ni Kobel who shot 40 on the front nine and followed through with 45 on the back nine for a gross total of 85. With a handicap of 12, her net score was 73.
Coming in third was Sherlyn Jones who closed the front nine with a gross of 46 but slightly improved on the back nine with a gross of 44 for a total gross of 90. Her 14 handicap gave her a net score of 76.
