This year, Hyatt Regency Saipan goes all out to provide a venue for families and the community for a grand reunion and enjoy a feast of the best Italian fare for lunch at Giovanni’s Restaurant and a buffet of American traditional Thanksgiving feast at the Kili Café for dinner on November 24.
Hyatt Regency Saipan executive chef Gabriele Colombo said that diners who have always enjoyed Hyatt’s fresh and high quality food have more to expect from the Thanksgiving celebration.
“Make the Hyatt your destination for this special family reunion of the year, where you can reminisce memories and make new ones while you partake of our special Italian-style Thanksgiving lunch at Giovanni’s, and come back for an American Thanksgiving Dinner at the Kili Café,” Colombo said.
Colombo said that they will be preparing the best for Thanksgiving, something that families and individuals will remember long after the food is gone.
“We have always maintained our reputation for serving gourmet and high quality foods at our restaurants, and we will continue to do that in exchange for the patronage that we got from our clients through all these years,” Colombo said.
One of the latest developments of the Hyatt Regency is the ongoing herb garden which they target to start before the year ends.
Colombo said that they will plant fragrant herbs and fresh vegetables that they can use in their kitchens.
