I MUST first mention the JOKE of the Governor’s boasting to “follow the rules” that were written in-part by HIS Attorney that the Bar has does NOTHING about — sad and even PATHETIC Accountability.
But ENMITY is familiar to the Marianas as it was first recognized when the Chamorros on Guam refused to allow the Chamorros in the NMI to join them in their political status and even existed among the Local People on cultural issues like the way to speak Chamorro, when History has already proven the People on Rota are the one who speak Chamorro the way it was intended.
Enmity has actually been with mankind since Adam & Eve and it is really part of our nature, which is why it is so important that enmity does not evolve between the people in the CNMI driven by “DIVISIVE-Politics or should I say Poli-tricks.”
For sure, the People on Saipan are truly “sick & tired” of the Senators and some House Members from Tinian and Luta who have acted more like “inhibitors to progress & prosperity” as now it’s the entire CNMI falling PREY to their Republican Poli-tricking.
Failing to get rid of these Senators and House Members will surely create the potential for enmity, as with the Governor & his Republican Loyalists poli-tricking, the Lt. Governor with his FALSE promise, as he already proved he can’t be trusted to protect & serve the People being “blind-eyed & silent.”
Many People on Saipan are depending on Tinian & Luta voters to be part of the SOLUTION and not part of the problem.
People are suffering something AWFUL on Tinian & Luta, but their Senators are more concerned about paying Casino Commissioners over million dollars for TAYA work and NO Casino.
If they had been working and really brought in an Investor, they wouldn’t have to worry about being paid but WHO in America or anywhere really gets paid for doing NOTHING — it’s kaduku for REAL!
But this is Republican Loyalty at work, when Luta and Tinian need Democrat Liberalism to fix their islands, whose economies are literally dead. For the past two decades things have only continued to get WORSE on Tinian & Luta, yet the same Senators are still sitting, which truly brings in to question “WHAT are the Voters Thinking on Tinian & Luta.”
This Governor and his Loyalists in the House and in the Senate continue to drive a wedge between the People on ALL the islands with clear lines of demarcation, as you are LOYAL to Republicans or you are the ENEMY in every way, just ask the people who can’t get a job because they are not Republicans.
Now the Senators from Tinian and Luta have set-the-table to literally throw the Governor’s Trial out-the-window, when I’m sure the majority of People throughout the CNMI wanted to see a fair trial that had the extreme probability of the Governor being Impeached.
While the People on Saipan don’t have a say in the elections on Tinian & Luta, it should be known that this may be one of the most important elections to ever take place on these islands since the founding of the Commonwealth, as it will DIRECTLY affect the path and future of our Government and our Commonwealth.
While the House is now controlled by Democrats & Independents, the Senate and the Executive Office are still under Republican Rule, which means EVERYTHING still depends on Republicans, not Democrats.
Just look at how the Senate and the Governor are poli-tricking with Retirees deflecting, gaslighting & point fingers at Democrats for an excuse.
The Senate and the Executive Office are the final parts of OUR Government that need to be changed, if WE the People are to truly see some sense of NORMALITY and even have hope for real progress and prosperity.
Should the People of Tinian and Luta continue down the same “Road to nowhere with the SAME do-nothing Senators” there is no doubt that real enmity will surface between the People on Tinian & Luta with the People from Saipan. I
t’s no secret that the Senators from Tinian & Luta band together to control what transpires in the Senate but having power and misusing it does the People NO Good at all.
It should also be noted that even having control of the Senate has NOT stopped the demise of Tinian & Luta, which is a true sign that something needs to change in the Senate.
If Tinian and Luta were experiencing good-times and progress, it might be a different story, but in fact, Tinian and Luta are teetering on the full collapse of their economy and quality of life.
I know there will be people on both of these islands doing all they can to “put-me-down” with all kinds of kaduku rationalization, but the TRUTH is I’m writing this because I CARE about these islands and the People, as I’m not the enemy as they will try to imply.
The problem is the CONSQUENCES of their Senators who are hurting us ALL which gives me the RIGHT to speak-up about these islands and their influence on the rest-of-us.
I think about how Luta was once “TRULY Delicious” but now there is nothing there to even taste — so sad!
Sending NEW & BETTER Senators is paramount to Tinian’s, Luta’s and the entire CNMI’s future as your present Senators have had more than enough chances and they are literally helping the Governor with escaping Impeachment, manipulating the Retirees’ bonus FOR the Governor’s GREED, and BLOCKING everything the Democrats are trying to do to HELP the People.
Just think about the Bill by Senator Edith for NMDs to get interest money that is really the NMDs’ money just sitting there being BLOCKED by Senators Hofshneider, Sablan & Cruz — is Tinian & Luta that are ALL NMDs going to do & say TAYA about this? OMG, please WAKE-UP on Tinian & Luta!!! Heck, Tinian’s own daughter is running for Lt. Governor which is all the more reason to vote for her Team and to give them NEW & BETTER help in the Senate.
Furthermore, I KNOW there is virtually NOTHING of significance on these Islands that their Senators can lay claim to as being real PROGRESS! Please don’t let enmity evolve between the People of the CNMI over Poli-tricking Politicians as it’s time for Tinian & Luta to end their two decades of going backwards with Poli-trickers.
I know the “interpersonal challenges of family and voting on Tinian and Luta but in fact, it’s really OK and even Smart to go along with your present Senators and CHANGE your mind in the Voting-booth, it’s call poli-tricking the Poli-trickers, as “NO-ONE knows where your Vote Goes,” unless you are naive enough to tell them! Tinian’s and Luta’s Senators care more about their Republican Loyalty & Poli-tricking than making the Economy and Life BETTER for the People on Tinian and Luta and the CNMI in general. OUR Commonwealth is at Rock-Bottom Economically and Socially with Federal Aid ending soon and “WE can’t fix a problem with the SAME People & SAME Mentality (of only Loyalty to Republicans) with those who caused the Problem,” Albert Einstein. PLEASE avoid the looming political-enmity and be SMARTER and elect BETTER Senators and Representatives when voting on Tinian & Luta, as your vote will surely affect us ALL in the CNMI.
