Help!

THIS is to request the assistance of the general public. I got into an accident on Feb. 23 at about 2 a.m. at the Microl intersection. It’s been almost two months and we have not settled this with the insurance company. Based on the police reports, it does not show who is at fault. I am already frustrated dealing with the Department of Public Safety Traffic Investigations Office and I recommend that the commissioner of DPS have his staff attend training so that they would improve their knowledge on investigations.

After obtaining a copy of the first police report, I called the Traffic Investigations Office to tell them that the report was not correct. What was showing in the report was that it was a triple auto accident, which it was not because when the other vehicle hit my vehicle, it was a couple of minutes later when the third vehicle hit the other vehicle. I told the Traffic Investigations Office that we are going to contest the police report because it was not right. I was asked if I could come into their office for an interview. I was given a form to write down what happened and I believe that they even called the other victims who were involved for the interview. The amended police report came out after all were interviewed.

In the amended police report, it showed that it was an auto-auto accident rather than triple auto accident but still there was no determination as to who was at fault. I am requesting the assistance of the two vehicles that were next to my vehicle before the accident and the person that reported the incident to the police to please call me at 287-0927 or 236-8350. I am pursuing a lawsuit against the insurance company as well as the Department of Public Safety and I need your assistance. Your assistance and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
