REPRESENTATIVE Daniel O. Quitugua should be lauded for his plan to have the tourists protected while visiting the CNMI.
Perhaps this would cause a ripple effect on the Marianas Visitors Authority to provide security services or some sort of policing activities to the popular tourist areas. It is so embarrassing to hear that vandals again and again break into parked cars stealing valuables or destroying tourist sites.
Everyone is concerned with the vandalism occurring at these areas but I don’t hear anyone trying to protect our tax dollars provided for tourist attractions! More funding for MVA?GONZALO Q. SANTOS
