ROLLERS 2 and Hardt Eye continue to solidify their places among the top three teams in the U18 Division of the 2025 Allied Pacific Environmental Consulting Basketball League after triumphing over their respective opponents during Monday night’s games at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

Rollers 2 collected their fourth win of the season after outlasting Xtreme Fitness, 40–35.

The opening half saw several lead changes. Rollers 2 started off strong, with Heman Addy and Matthew Peters leading the early charge with four points apiece. On the other end, Xtreme Fitness fought back with sheer grit, led by Cyrus Galope, who scored nine points in the first half. However, with limited support for Galope, Rollers 2 took advantage of their depth, as Slymark Defang and Jared Villagomez joined the fray to help maintain a 19–14 lead going into halftime.

In the second half, Xtreme Fitness began to build momentum as the rest of the team found their rhythm. Bernard Sabino and Matua Fejeran stepped up early alongside Galope to close the gap. Fortunately for Rollers 2, Addy and Peters picked up where they left off, producing continuous buckets. Jayden Defang and Kachuo Norech also came off the bench with key defensive stops to help Rollers 2 stay afloat.

In the final five minutes, Xtreme Fitness nearly mounted a comeback as Louis Rectitud suddenly caught fire with two clutch shots, supported by Sabino, to bring the team within one possession. However, their efforts fell short as Rollers 2 smartly used the clock to their advantage, while Peters and Addy sank back-to-back baskets to restore a two-possession lead and seal the 40–35 win.

Meanwhile, Hardt Eye earned their fifth win of the season with ease, blowing past Priority Care, 52–33.
