Ongoing work

Governor Ralph DLG Torres met recently with visiting Philippine Consul to Guam Alex O. Vallespin who was accompanied by the honorary Philippine consul to the CNMI, Glicerio “Eli” DM Arago. The governor  extended his administration’s appreciation to the ongoing Philippine consular mission and outreach work. For nearly a month now, the Philippine Consulate General on Guam and the Honorary Philippine Consulate in the CNMI have been providing mobile consular services in the Commonwealth for Filipino nationals and their families who need consular assistance.
