SUPERIOR Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio on Tuesday scheduled the jury trial of Rudolph Rudolph for July 13, 2021.

The judge also scheduled a pretrial conference for the defense and the prosecution for March 28 at 10:30 a.m.
At a status conference hearing, Rudolph appeared in the custody of the Department of Corrections and was represented by court-appointed attorney Anthony Aguon.
Assistant Attorney General Coleen St. Clair appeared for the government and told the court that the jury trial will last eight to 10 days including the jury selection.
Rudolph was charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree and four counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree.
On Nov. 20, 2020 Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho dismissed counts I-VI, but they were refiled on Dec. 2, 2020 by the Attorney General’s Office through a first amended information.
Aguon asked the court to dismiss the first amended information, but Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja denied the defense lawyer’s request.
