Sato is scheduled to arrive from Guam via Continental Flight No. CS935 at 1:35 a.m. on Wednesday morning and will be greeted at the airport by government officials before departing to his hotel.
The Japanese ambassador will begin his visit with Yap Gov. Sebastian Anefal before moving on with his schedule of visit with other key staff of the state government.
He will also be visiting members of the Japanese Overseas Cooperation Volunteers on island prior to his departure from Yap on Sunday, Oct. 17. Among those JOCV members whom Sato will be visiting while in Yap are Mr. Ohuchi, Ms. Nagashima, and Mr. Terakoshi.
