In his message to the Legislature, Fitial certified vacancies for hospital nursing and one physician assistant at the Commonwealth Health Center; a manager of accounting at DPL; an administrative officer I at DPL; and a labor law enforcement trainee at the Department of Labor on Tinian.
DPL Secretary Oscar M. Babauta said the vacant DPL positions are not new.
He said these were vacated by employees who have either retired or resigned recently.
Moreover, these positions are included in the governor’s budget submission last April, Babauta said.
