The piece focused on the negative as opposed to the proactive approach that Public School System has taken in collaboration with community partners, including Northern Marianas College and the Division of Youth Services.
PSS has spearheaded this proactive approach of collaboratively addressing a need within the larger community. This visionary approach and leadership from PSS, which is also being shared by other community partners have collectively made a commitment for continuing education of their social services staff and provide them with the most current researched tools to be successful within their scope of work.
