Formerly known as Budweiser Cup, this year’s league Venus said is expected to be more competitive considering that m most basketball coaches in the ongoing league have undergone training.
The annual Budweiser league, Venus said was participated by less than 10 teams last year.
Compliments of the league’s main sponsor, all teams will be provided uniforms their each players and coaches.
Each team, Venus said is also expected to have 10 players.
Venus said having the Budweiser league as soon as the other basketball events are done will further help the youths bring about their talents.
He expressed gratitude in advance to the Budweiser for its continuous support to the island’s basketball community.
The United Filipino Organization and the Hyatt Regency Saipan are among the groups who have expressed interest in joining the league.
