The one-week conference will discuss issues concerning all the Catholic schools in Micronesia as well as sharing information on how they should be improved.
Participants in this year’s conference include Sandy Dimas and Richard David, principal and vice principal of Assumption High School in the Marshall Islands; Martin Carl, principal of Xavier High School in Chuuk; Wayne Olap, principal of Saramen Chuuk High School in Chuuk; Basillio Teldang, principal of Midzenty High School in Palau; and Timothy Moon, Principal of St. Mary School here in Yap.
Pohnpei, Guam and Saipan did not send participants to this year’s conference due to other pressing issues in their jurisdictions.
This is the first time that Yap is hosting the conference since its inception.
