Mcquinn Ngiratmab Moded appeared last week for initial appearance and waived his rights.
Moded was charged with assault and battery, assault, disturbing the peace and trespassing.
He was released from custody after he posted $1,000 surety bond and $500 cash.
He was ordered to stay away from the victim and her residence while on bail release.
Moded was charged for assaulting a woman on September 17 and 21, 2009.
The information filed in court stated that police officer Teliu Silvano witnessed the incident on September 21 while Moded was beating up the victim.
The officer stated in his affidavit that the victim was on the ground trying to get away from Moded.
The document further stated that the victim had run to another person’s house for help but Moded pushed away the owner and entered her house even if he was told not to enter the premises.
The victim according to the affidavit resisted while she was taken away by Moded.
The affidavit stated that on September 17, Moded also assaulted the same victim.
The document stated that Moded thrown her on the ground and threatened to kill her.
The affidavit stated that Moded is on probation for suspended sentence on CR 06-113.
