Pelisamen led the Xterminators with his eight points, and Pando Muleta hit a three in the first quarter to secure their six-point lead.
Jhun Estolas picked up foul twice and basketed his four free throws in the second quarter.
Dan Barcinas, however rampaged in the same period, connecting two three-point opportunities and another triple from behind the arc to score 13 of his 27 points and helped the Ol’ Aces take the lead.
With Mike Olaitiman pairing Barcinas’ two-pointer in the last few minutes, Ol’ Aces finished the second quarter with a five-point advantage.
Estolas fired two threes and sizzled with 10 of his 19 points and Pelisamen continued the rally to take the lead back towards the end of the third quarter.
Junar Guiab also helped the Xterminators take control of the game scoring 11 of his 21 points including a free throw in this period.
Pelisamen continued the surge in the final quarter and Guiab added six more points and the Xterminators hanged on to seven points to win the game.
Barcinas led the Ol’ Aces with 27 points for his season record of 121 points.
Pete Iguel tallied 16 points before he exhausted all his five- foul allowance.
Noni Saipan 89, Trinity Estate 67
Kelvin Bernardo completed a season score of 100 points flat to lead Noni Saipan in routing Trinity Estate, 89-67.
Also grabbing 16 rebounds, Bernardo helped Jeremy Tamayo make Noni Saipan insurmountable in the first quarter.
With Gus Loste sizzling with 13 of his 21 points, and Roger Herrera added eight of his 18 points, Trinity Estate narrowed the gap in the second quarter.
But Sonny Lerio who maneuvered the offense with six assists blasted from behind the arc two times to widen the gap again towards the end of the third quarter.
Luis Abuel who also helped control the game fired eight markers in the third to finish with 19 points.
Dante Pantaleon chipped-in six of his 10 points in the final period to help secure the win.
