Detectives at the Criminal Investigation Division refused to be interviewed, saying however that “the case is still under investigation.”
DPS spokesman PO2 Eric David had yet to issue a statement on the matter.
David earlier said the victim was a Manglona from Tinian.
Foul odor from the victim’s room led to the discovery of the body.
