Having goals such as to develop a good attitude to accomplishing all allocated tasks, create a very high work rate, challenge players to levels not previously attained, develop a high level of team work, find their leadership skills, the Men’s squad will be traveling to the capital to experience new type of training in which they will be grouped into teams and try to perform tasks involved.
As an overall aim for the “Bootcamp” is to educate the players as well as coaches on their approach undertaking and completing assignments to the best of their ability.Players will be able to experience and learn how to beatthe “pain barrier”.
The camp will also allow coaches and staff to evaluate players subjectively in areas the will help to select the very best team members for future national teams.On the other hand, they will also be assessed objectively to set benchmarks for future programs, retain records, and importantly establish trace fro current individual players in order to assist them in setting goals for themselves in the short and long term.
