TEAM CNMI was off to a rough start Tuesday in the 2025 Little League Asia Pacific/Middle East Senior Regional Tournament at Harmon Sports Complex Field on Guam, losing to the Philippines, 13-1.
Team CNMI was scheduled to play against American Samoa on Wednesday and against Guam today, Thursday.
All four teams are vying for a spot in the 2025 Little League Senior World Series, which is set to take place from July 26 to August 2 in Easley, South Carolina.
Team CNMI consists of players from 2025 Saipan Little League Baseball Senior League Division teams Braves, Comets, and Ol’Aces. They are Joel Cabrera, Javen Camacho Hunter Dela Cruz, Herman Iguel, Jequinn Lizama, Ayden Magofna, Caleb Nickels, Damian Palacios, Roque Pangelinan, Benigno Sablan, Nick Sablan, Jesus Santos, Rosie Saralu, and Maximus Taitano. The coaches are Greg Camacho, Peter Camacho, and Charlie Wabol.
