The D-9ers surfaced in the title series last year, when the Rangers were longing to have a rematch with Rock Steady to whom they lost the crown in 2008.
The Rangers did not take it long to win the 2009 SML championship against the D-9ers sweeping three straight victories in the title series.
With leftfielder, Clifton Siliil pulling away with four RBIs, the Rangers secured the crown.
The Rangers-D-9ers rematch will open the 2010 SML season at 6:30 p.m.
The SML games will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The other teams playing in this year’s SML include Rock Steady, the Falcons, the Tigers and the Fielders.
The documents required for all the participating teams are roster/waiver forms, copies of accident insurance policy, parental consent forms for player’s 17 and under, entry fee.
The organizers also announced that there be managers and coaches’ meeting at 11:30 a.m. at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym.
