“I will have an update on the kidnapping incident by [today],” said DPS acting spokesman PO2 Jason Tarkong in an e-mail.
He said the mass apprehension arrest were conducted based on arrest orders by the Superior Court.
Tarkong said on March 5, the court issued several arrest warrants based on investigative findings presented by CIB’s detectives.
Arrested were Lamberto Flores, 46, of Garapan; Dante Parinas, 52, Garapan; Roberto “Bobby” Lozano, 47, Garapan; Numido Florendo, 67, Chalan Kanoa; Steven R. Aguon, 30, Chalan Kanoa; Kelvin Fitial, 26, Kannat Tabla; Lilian T. Duenas, 45, Papago; Marvin Ringlen, 19, Chalan Kanoa; Maitai Charley, 25, Susupe; and Joseph Jones Villagomez, 36, Dandan.
The charges varied from disturbing the peace, assault and battery, riot, sexual abuse of minor in the first and second degree, assault with a dangerous weapon, forgery/theft, contempt of court, and resisting arrest.
Also on Friday night, while detectives were serving the arrest warrant on Lillian Duenas, police discovered 42 marijuana plants ranging from 4 inches to 7 feet tall on the property. Additional charges will be included, Tarkong said.
In addition, police discovered 13 marijuana plants located on the property, while detectives were looking for Joseph Jones Villagomez at his residence in Dandan, Additional charges are pending, Tarkong said.
