George was recommended by her bosses, Camelita Faisao and Shoko Harada in the leather department. According to them, she is a hard working sales person, and great team player who has always been willing to learn since the day she joined. She welcomes constructive criticism as a learning experience and always tries her best to improve.
Her enthusiasm, dedication, and most especially her patience contributes to her being one of the most passionate ambassadors in the leather department. Her ability to speak multiple languages contributes adds more to make herself to be a tremendous value to our business. George was hired in January 2007.
Sablan has done an exceptional job on our Chinese New Year promotion and celebration. With her creativity, she enabled the delivery of superior luxury shopping experiences for both the Downtown Galleria and Airport. All promotion and events were executed flawlessly due to her. In addition, she continues to work very independently with minimal supervision and consistently delivers good service. Sablan has been with DFS since August 1999.
Both employees received a framed employee of the month certificate, a $100 cash award, and have lunch with the DFS Saipan general manager. They are now eligible candidates for the 2010 DFS Employee of the Year Award in their categories.
On the same day, DFS also celebrated the winner of the February Success story. The winner, Maricel Pangalinan was nominated by her boss, Tatsuhiko Chubachi, for her creative customer service went extra miles. Now, she is one of the candidates of the annual Chairman’s Club award.
