Satbahes face Wings Travel at finals

With a three pointer from Satbahe’s Marlon Sison and great offensive work from Andy Mortos and Kermit Concepcion, the Satbahes finally locked a 10-point lead by the end of the game.

The Grillin’s nearly caught up in the beginning of the fourth quarter, trailing the Satbahes by a mere four points.

Rosell Ritual and Lerio Pagarao tried to go for several three pointers to boost the Grillin’s up the ranks, but their misses led to turnovers that the Satbahes used to their advantage.

The Satbahes ensured that they would stay on top – winning the match wasn’t easy, with the Grillin’s trailing them by no more than five points through each quarter.

The Satbahes gained their edge when Sison launched a shooting spree, making nine points by the end of fourth quarter.

The Satbahes will face the Wings Travels this Sunday at Gualo Rai Court for the championship. The Grillin’s will also be settling for third and fourth place against the MGDs.

Following the championship game will be the league’s awarding ceremony, which will also take place at Gualo Rai Court.
