8 teams sign up for inter-government dart, registration deadline set

Interested teams have until July 16 to sign up for the second season for the Inter-government Dart League.

Participating teams may be composed of current personnel of government offices, retirees, federal government employees, and U.S. Army Reserve.

For SEDA members who want to join the league, entry fee will be $10 only.  Non-SEDA players must pay $25. 

The league matches will start on July 30 and each team must have a minimum of four and a maximum of eight players.

First on the list is Hopwood-Public School System All-In followed by the Saipan Southern High-PSS South Side.

The players from Department of Public Works who named their team The Trouble Shooters have also signed up along with the team from Commonwealth Utilities Corporation.

The other teams are The Customs Sand Baggers; The Department of Public Safety Enforcers; The Northern Marianas College PROA and the Attorney General’s Office that combined with Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, Commonwealth Ports Authority and Coastal Resource Management.

The ground rules for the tournament go by the SEDA by-law.

The matches will be held every Friday night or as posted.
