PNCC explains amnesty program & collection agency referral process

Leo Ben Teriong, Chief Financial Officer, explained, “This is a great opportunity for customers with past due balances of more than one year to clear their accounts and save the cost of the interest and penalty fees. It’s also important to contact us now because the one-year past-due customers who miss joining the Amnesty Program by August 31, 2010 will have their accounts referred to a collection agency.”

Please bear in mind that you will have to pay additional costs and fees if your account is referred to said Collection Agency. The applicable PNCC tariff provides that the customer will pay all of the PNCC’s costs of collection and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by PNCC in collecting any amount due it for services provided, whether or not suit is brought and whether or not any judgment is obtained in any such suit.

If you have questions or concerns about your current or prior PNCC accounts, please do not hesitate to contact PNCC Billing Manager, Ms. Pkngey Otobed at phone number 587-9000 or email to [email protected]. PNCC billing staff can help make arrangements for installment payments until your obligations are fully paid.
