The Yap Women’s Association is expected to discuss the National Women’s Council meeting slated to be held in Kosrae in July of this year and the Island Fair on Guam.
The group needs to find out who is going to cover for the cost of the trip to Kosrae and back if they will send their representatives to that council meeting and who will be those representatives. The group will also discuss the issues that are affecting women today so members can formulate their plans on how those issues should be presented in the council meeting.
They will also discuss about the Island Fair on Guam which is held every year in October. The Yap Visitors Bureau intends to promote the state in the annual fair.
The Yap Women’s Association will need to discuss what kind of performances Yap should present during the fair.
