Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman has scheduled Joseph Cabrera Camacho Jr.’s arraignment for Aug. 16.
Wiseman retained the $100,000 cash bail imposed on Camacho.
In 1999, Camacho was convicted for sexual abuse of a minor, Variety learned.
All four suspects — Camacho; Angel Jess Santos, 21; Ivan Jones Castro, 33; and a juvenile — have been arrested for the kidnap-rape of a Kagman student.
