Brostrom leads Team 15 to beat Tasi Tours, 77- 66

Brostrom, Lilio Tiples and Diego Masga led Team 15 to invade Tasi Tours’ territory to set the wide lead early in the first quarter. Brostrom and Tiples poured in six points apiece and Masga added five of his nine points.

Brostrom added eight points to stretch the lead in the second quarter.

Despite Roy Cruz’ scoring surge in the third quarter when he scattered 13 of his 16 points for the Tasi Tours, Team 15’s shooting did not slacken to maintain the lead towards the end of this period.

Tony Diaz who invested a three-pointer and an easy jumper in the second quarter kept his adrenaline surge for the Tasi  Tours to score eight more.

However, Team 15 continued to pull away in the fourth quarter with Brostrom grabbing most rebounds and sizzling with 10 more points to secure their victory.

Ebisuya 96, Team Eight 77

Melvin Villarin hibernated in the second quarter before he soared to 10 points in the beginning of the second half firing three straight two-pointers to lead Ebisuya against Team Eight, 96-77.

Jun Tabora also streaked with two-pointers in the first quarter and continued the spree in the second period to help keep Ebisuya on the upper ground and Lito Salas heated up in the final quarter to add nine of his13 points and Ebisuya never looked back.
