Ogo returns from URCC fight

Ogo represented Saipan’s team Haga T, weighing at 119 lbs with a height of 5’4”. Docyogen came from team Lakay Wushu and has a height of 5’5” with a weight of 119 lbs.

Both fighters were set for the final event, where Docyogen’s Pinweight title was on the line.

Ogo had a good start against the champion – both men took turns taking each other down in the beginning of the match.

Their fight consisted of 2 rounds worth 10 minutes each. Ogo proved his strength to the crowd after lifting Docyogen in his attempts to free himself from Docyogen’s armbars.

Ogo was known for his unorthodox fighting, and was able to get his opponent with multiple strikes through chopping.

Unfortunately, the fight ended at 9:26 in the first round after Docyogen performed a rear naked choke on Ogo, causing him to tap out.

Trench Tech president Cuki Alvarez noted that Jordan Ogo “is still a winner for taking the fight” and “representing our island flag with honor.”

Jordan Ogo returned last Tuesday from the Philippines at 2 am, and will continue practicing for his fights with the help of Trench Tech.
