Sonics, Rollers A advance to championship

During the first half of the game team Kagman 123’s Sajh Hossain buckets 13 points working hand in hand with teammate Ichi Faisao who contributes 8 points of his own. But that was no match for Team Sonics’ Bryan Ajoste and Adrian Palacios who work together bucketing 7 point s a piece. They both worked with incredible team work ethics with teammate Joseph Jung who contributed 6 points of his own along with the others to grasp a 3 point lead over the opposing team.

During the second half of the game, Kagman 123 try their very best to catch up to team Sonics. In their attempt to close the gap, Kagman’s Sajh Hossain contributed 10 points of his own working hand in hand with team mate Dominic Reyes who helps with 8 points. With the clock ticking down to its last few minutes Tom Pangelinan and Dominic Reyes tried to even the score out with a free throw shots and they finally did. However Sonics’ Melvin Cadiang and Bryan Ajoste were too much of a tough match to secure a win. With Melvin Cadiang leading the way with 11 points followed by Bryan Ajoste with 6 points they held on to a tie score. But Joseph Jung’s final free throw shot brought the win home advancing Team Sonics to the finals for this afternoon’s game.

Rollers A dominated over Sixers 100-87 in the UBA U18 last Monday at the Garapan Court. After Rollers A dominated by 13 points they have now moved on to tonights championship game best three at the Garapan Court.

During the first half of the game Roller’s Savali Talalemotu scored 10 points working hand in hand with with his teammates but that proved no match for them at the bottom of the first half for Sixers’ Joseph Ada scores 16 points of his own with teammate Sheen Metran who buckets 6 points of his own working hand in hand with teammate Ian Benavente who scores 4 points of his own. With all of them working together they grasp a 7 point lead by the bottom of the first half.

At the start of the second half Roller’s Ham Hambros and Savali Talalemotu score 8 points a piece contributing a total of 16 points by the bottom of the second half. While their star player Brandon Aulerio scored 18 points all by himself closing the gap against the Sixers and in turn securing a 13 point lead to give the Rollers A the win of the night.
