Ending the first half with a five point lead, 36 – 31, Kabong had to rely on a two point lead on the dying seconds of the match to finally beat the tough players from the Rivals. Equipped by fast pacing game and shooters coming from their most valuable player Traxx Mark, team Kabong where able to win their way in a see saw battle against the Rivals. The final score 82 – 80.
On that same night, High Tide went to create series of runs at the second half to beat the team Styxers who came in with depleted line – up due to some reasons. Stellar player Wallace Rikrik scored the bulk of the points for team Styxers but was not enough as High Tide used their height at the paint to dominate the game. In the end Styxers surrendered with a score of 86 – 73 High Tide wins.
On a previous night, team MEDA, showed their toughness as they were able to beat defending champs PECHED team, 89 – 79, while Ranchers crushed team Ididers with a final tally of 90 – 77.
