The lessons will start at 9:30 a.m. and end at about 12 noon. There will also be pre-mixed bunelos dagu bags, for sale at $10 per five-pound bag, as well as new Chamorro Christmas CDs for sale.
Participants are encouraged to bring a small dish (pot-luck) to share with others in celebration of the Christmas spirit.
This Saturday’s activities at the Rota Chamorro Village Cultural Center in the DCCA office compound include making coconut leis, bayogu panda bear doll, bagoyu ant doll, and coconut shell bracelet with plumeria design. The lessons on Rota start at 10 a.m.
