But Superior Court Judge Joseph N. Camacho on Wednesday quashed the arrest order against Aguon after he promised to appear in all his scheduled court hearings.
Aguon was released from custody also on Wednesday.
Camacho quashed the arrest order against Aguon that was issued on Nov. 3, 2011, and was held in abeyance for his next court hearing, Dec. 1, 2011.
A $500 bail was issued by the court.
Aguon failed to appear in court for two review hearings.
On Sept. 22, 2011, Superior Court Judge Perry Inos placed Aguon on one year probation after he was sentenced to one year imprisonment, all suspended except for three days.
On June 18, 2011, Aguon slapped his wife two times after she refused to give him the car keys when the defendant informed her that he wanted to leave their house in Koblerville to get a tattoo.
