The decrease has been filed with the surface transportation board and covers Horizon Lines tariffs HRZD 353, HRZD 344 and HRZD 961. These tariffs govern shipments moving between the continental U.S. and Guam/CNMI.
Horizon Lines will continue to closely monitor fuel costs and will adjust the fuel surcharge as trends warrant.
