I have nothing against the employees (Section 611) and am not saying that they’re not doing their job. I decided on my own to write this letter to your attention so this matter can be addressed.
I have been calling customer service to rectify this matter regarding my phone problem and it seems to me that nobody from the trouble desk section has been looking into it.
Sometimes people have to be patient and sometimes too much patience makes people upset.
By the way, the phone is under my wife’s name so please I am requesting for you to look into this matter and perhaps you can call trouble desk and help assist my issue.
