Prizes at stake are $300, $200 and $100 for first, second, and third prizes.
Judges are Hyatt’s executive chef Gabriele Colombo and Kikkoman’s Yoshiyuki Inomata.
There will be special prizes from various sponsors including Triple J Super Fresh Market, Alpex Saipan, Kikkoman, Westco, Asahi, Rota water, Hyatt Regency Saipan and Taro Leaf.
The contest, which begins at 6 p.m. tonight, is brought to you by Five Star Wholesale Foods, KKMP and Marianas Variety.
