Circuit Judge Mary Schroeder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will deliver the keynote address and will swear in Manglona.
Other federal judges from Ninth Circuit courts and judges from the CNMI, Guam and Micronesia will be in attendance.
The public is invited to attend this ceremony.
Manglona is the first indigenous person of the Northern Marianas who will serve as federal judge.
