A proclamation signing ceremony for Veterans Week, Nov. 7-11, will be held in the governor’s conference room at 9 a.m.
On Nov. 11, Veterans Day will be celebrated at the American Memorial Park Court of Honor at 11 a.m.
The keynote speaker will be Capt. John Russ, commodore for Submarine Squadron 15, Joint Region Marianas.
